General Terms and Conditions



APPOINTMENT


  • A treatment isOnly possible by appointment.
  • Want to make an appointment? You can do so by phone, via WhatsApp, via DM on Instagram, or through the online booking platform.
  • Plan your appointments in advance to avoid disappointment.
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Better 5 minutes early than late.
  • No eating or drinking is allowed in the studio.
  • Appointments are not possible for those under 18.




CANCELLATION POLICY & NO-SHOW


We ask you to cancel or reschedule appointments on time. This allows us to schedule the time for another client.


  • Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 3 working days before the appointment.
  • In case of cancellation or rescheduling within 3 working days, 50% of the treatment amount will be charged.
  • In the event of a no-show (failure to show up without cancellation), the full treatment amount will be charged.
  • In the event of repeated no-shows, the studio reserves the right to refuse future appointments or require full prepayment..
  • If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and the full treatment amount will be charged.

NB: During the busiest weeks of the year, such as just before the summer and Christmas holidays, your appointment CANNOT be changed!


PAYMENT TERMS


  • When making an appointment, you pay a deposit of 50% of the treatment amount.

        This is done via a payment request on WhatsApp, via DM on Instagram, or by email.

  • Payment of the remaining balance takes place immediately after the treatment.
  • You can pay by debit card, cash, or payment request in the studio.
  • Invoices or reminders are sent in the event of non-payment.
  • Prices may be adjusted annually.

        Customers will be informed about this in a timely manner.



LIABILITY & ALLERGIES


  • The customer is required to report allergies, skin conditions, or other relevant medical information in advance.
  • If you suspect an allergy, we recommend an allergy test with a dermatologist. This can be requested from your GP.
  • The studio is not liable for reactions resulting from undisclosed medical information.
  • The studio is not liable for damage to the nails resulting from improper use or neglect after the treatment.
  • Complaints regarding the treatment must be reported within 5 working days after the appointment. After this period, the right to rectification or refund expires.
  • If you cause damage to Nails To Love products or property during your appointment, you may be charged for it.


NAIL AFTERCARE & MAINTENANCE


For beautiful and long-lasting results, it is important that you take good care of your nails.

Always treat your nails as you would jewelry.

They are precious and fragile.


  • This is how you keep your nails beautiful


  • Apply cuticle oil to the cuticles daily for hydration and adhesion.
  • Use hand cream regularly to keep your hands and nails well-cared for.
  • Wear gloves when cleaning, gardening, or in prolonged contact with water.
  • Return on time for your touch-up appointment for the best durability.


 

  • What you must NOT do with your nails



  •  NEVER use your nails as tools.
  • No opening cans, peeling tape, crushing boxes, or scratching.
  • Do NOT use harsh chemical cleaning agents without gloves

        (such as bleach/chlorine, degreaser, acetone without protection).

        These damage the material and can pull the nails off or discolor them.

  • Do NOT clean your nails with hard sponges or abrasive cleaners.
  • NEVER bite or pick at your nails or cuticles.

        This damages the natural nail.

  • NEVER pry or remove nails yourself.

        come to the studio for professional removal.


NB: Damage caused by improper use or neglect of the nails is not covered by the warranty.


PRIVACY


  • Your data is used exclusively for maintaining customer files and scheduling appointments.
  • Your data will never be shared with third parties without your permission.
  • Photos of your nails may be used for promotional purposes, unless you object.
